Description / WARP Energy Manager 2.0
Depending on the current dynamic electricity price, any available photovoltaic surplus, or a power limit under § 14a EnWG, the WARP Energy Manager 2.0 controls a heat pump (via SG-Ready signal), up to 64 WARP Chargers and other loads. The charging and discharging of a battery storage system can also be controlled. Using a PV forecast, the Energy Manager decides whether to use cheap grid electricity at night or the expected PV electricity during the day. In addition, static or dynamic load management is possible.
The user is the focus: the configuration is deliberately kept simple. Not all functions have to be used – partial use is also possible (e.g. only dynamic electricity prices + heat pump).

0 % VAT for private individuals with a PV system
Since 1 January 2023, energy management systems have, under § 12 (3) UStG (section 12.18), been considered "essential components" of a PV system and are therefore subject to the zero VAT rate.
This applies only to a direct purchase by the operator of a system with an installed capacity of less than 30 kWp in Germany (invoice and delivery address as well as system location in Germany).
